Using the service
Advertisers may submit adverts for moderation and publish them to selected screens on a monthly per-screen basis. All adverts are subject to content moderation and category exclusivity.
Verified playback
We report only genuine, device-confirmed plays. We do not report impressions, reach or audience estimates. Reporting reflects what actually played on screen.
Public information
Public-information messaging is available only to authorised publishers (such as councils and public authorities), within a granted scope and priority. All public-information messages must have an expiry.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long tie-in. You may cancel at any time; your campaign ends at the next billing date.
Acceptable use
Adverts and messages must be lawful, accurate and appropriate for public display. We may decline or remove content that breaches these terms or our content policy.
Liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
