Who we are
VenueReach Ltd is a UK company operating a network of professionally installed advertising screens in venues, with optional managed CCTV (VenView) and footfall counting (VenIQ).
What we collect
Account details for advertisers, venues and authorised publishers (name, business, email); billing information processed by our payment provider; and operational data such as verified plays and device health. We do not build advertising profiles of the public.
Cameras and footfall
Where VenView CCTV or VenIQ footfall counting is installed, access is strictly controlled and audited. VenIQ produces anonymous counts only — it does not identify individuals. Footage access is logged and scoped to the venue.
How we use data
To provide and secure the service, to report verified playback to advertisers, to bill for subscriptions, and to meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
